01Acceptance of Agreement

Your purchase of any Tech Takes product serves as your acknowledgement and representation that you have read and understand these Terms of Service and that you agree to be bound by them ("Agreement").

You understand and agree that accepting this Agreement electronically is legally equivalent to manually signing it.

Tech Takes reserves the right, upon notice to you, to change or terminate this Agreement. You agree that your continued use of Tech Takes after notice of any change, or if you do not close your work with Tech Takes within fifteen (15) calendar days of such notice, constitutes your acceptance of the changes. Changes required by law will be effective immediately.

02No Advice; Independent Decision-Making; No Fiduciary Duty

As an independent and self-directed investor or sports bettor, you acknowledge that you alone are responsible for determining the suitability of your investment choices and strategies, and you understand that Tech Takes is a professional sports investors club and betting system.

Tech Takes staff assumes no responsibility for your investment choices or determinations. You shall not hold Tech Takes (or its employees, affiliates, or staff) liable for your investment decisions. Staff cannot advise you or comment concerning the nature, risk, or suitability of any trade, transaction, or investment strategy.

You also recognize:

• Tech Takes does not provide legal or tax advice.
• Tech Takes and staff are not liable for any damage or loss, including loss of profit, arising directly or indirectly from your use of Tech Takes.
• No fiduciary relationship is formed and no fiduciary duty is owed to either party by virtue of your purchase.
• You represent that you are of the age of majority under the laws of your home state/record to enter into this Agreement.

03Personal Use Only; Account Sharing Prohibited

Tech Takes is for your personal use only. You shall not distribute, copy, reproduce, exchange, modify, sell, or transmit anything from this site.

Your use of the Tech Takes software is licensed to a single (1) user. If you share your access with a third party, your account may be terminated automatically.

04Intellectual Property; Copyright

All materials on www.TechTakes.AI (including audio, images, software, text, and video clips) are protected by U.S. copyright law, international conventions, and other copyright laws.

You agree to follow instructions on www.TechTakes.AI that limit use of materials. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, privacy/publicity laws, and civil and criminal statutes.

05Purchases, Pricing, Taxes, and Refusal Rights

Tech Takes reserves the right to refuse any purchase at its sole discretion. You agree to pay applicable charges and taxes that apply at the time services are rendered.

Tech Takes may change charges at any time by posting a modified schedule of pricing and rates on the Tech Takes website.

This Agreement becomes effective only upon Tech Takes' approval of your purchase. Tech Takes reserves the right to reject a purchase for any reason.

Tech Takes reserves the right to report to consumer and securities credit reporting agencies any debit balance or negative credit information pertaining to any Tech Takes purchase.

06Foreign Jurisdictions; Access Limitations

Tech Takes makes no representation or warranty regarding compliance with local laws in foreign jurisdictions, or the appropriateness of the website's content in those jurisdictions.

You understand the Tech Takes site is the only means of accessing the Tech Takes software. Tech Takes is not liable for losses or damages you incur due to unavailability of the website from foreign countries.

07Partner Solicitation and Marketing Contacts

As a Tech Takes purchaser, you agree to be contacted or solicited by Tech Takes partners, coaches, and/or brokers/bookmakers regarding offers.

08Termination; Collections

Tech Takes may terminate any or all services under this Agreement at any time and for any reason.

You agree to reimburse Tech Takes for any collection costs relating to any unsecured debit balance in your purchase, including attorney's fees, court costs, arbitration expenses, and interest.

09Fraud / Theft; Liquidated Damages

In cases of fraud or theft by you (alone or with others), including allowing third parties to use your purchase in such a manner, Tech Takes shall assess a $500 fee per forged, faked, fictitious, stolen, or otherwise unauthorized item or transfer. This fee constitutes liquidated damages to compensate Tech Takes for time and effort spent rectifying such conduct.

10Limitation of Liability; Force Majeure; Outages

Tech Takes is not liable to you or third parties for losses incurred directly or indirectly by causes reasonably beyond its control, including (without limitation) government restrictions, natural disasters, severe weather, wars, strikes, terrorist attacks, exchange/market rulings, interruptions of data processing services or communications, disruptions in orderly trading, unauthorized access, or operator errors.

Tech Takes is not liable for losses or damages (including lost profits, trading losses, and similar damages) during periods of market volatility, peak demand, system upgrades, maintenance, or other service interruptions.

You understand the Tech Takes website is the primary means of processing your purchase and that access to view your purchase could be delayed due to communications interruptions or hardware/software malfunctions. Tech Takes is not liable for losses or damages resulting from such delays, including during significant outages.

11Communications; Email Delivery; Address Updates; Error Reporting

By purchasing Tech Takes and agreeing to these Terms of Service, you agree to receive all communications from Tech Takes via the World Wide Web and/or email. This includes (but is not limited to) transaction confirmations, purchase statements, financial statements, notices of modifications to the Terms of Service, and other basic communications.

You agree that:

• Communications sent to your email address or provided through the website must be retrieved and read promptly.
• All communications sent by Tech Takes by any means will be deemed received by you.
• You will promptly advise Tech Takes of changes to your email and/or mailing address.
• You will promptly advise Tech Takes of any errors or omissions in any transaction or handling of your purchase.
• Failure to provide prompt notice of errors constitutes acceptance of the accuracy of all information sent to you.

Tech Takes reserves the right to record telephone calls to monitor service quality and/or for protection of Tech Takes and its customers.

12Legal Compliance, Gambling Warnings, and Risk Disclosures

If you reside in a location where gambling, sports betting, or internet betting is illegal, do not purchase Tech Takes software, and/or seek advice from your local authority. You must be over 21 years of age to use Tech Takes, even if it is legal in your location.

13SMS / Text Messaging Communications

13.1 Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number to Tech Takes and agreeing to these Terms of Service, you provide express written consent to receive recurring text messages (informational, transactional, and marketing) from Tech Takes and authorized agents. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

13.2 Purpose of Messages

Messages may include (but are not limited to):

• Account Notifications: account status updates, security alerts, and service-related information
• Investment Updates: daily or periodic summaries of investment performance, including gains or losses
• Marketing & Promotions: new predictions, product features, special offers, and other promotional content

13.3 No Purchase Necessary

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

13.4 Message Frequency

Frequency may vary. You may receive daily messages regarding performance and periodic messages for predictions and promotions.

13.5 Opt-Out Procedure

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text and then no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

13.8 Responsibility for Phone Number

You represent you are the account holder or customary user of the number provided. You must notify Tech Takes immediately if you change your number. You agree to indemnify Tech Takes for claims/expenses/damages caused wholly or partly by your failure to notify Tech Takes of a number change.

13.9 Carrier Liability

Tech Takes is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile network services are outside Tech Takes' control; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
